Your notifications screen lists all your activity in BizChat. You can access the specific screen by selecting any of the notifications listed. Click the bell icon on the top bar on web or you can access notifications by selecting More in the bottom tab bar on mobile.
Your user profile is setup immediately after you create your BizChat account. You can add your picture, job title, phone number, email address and other work related and personal information. To edit details following the initial setup, visit your employee profile.
There is a Search icon from all points in the application on mobile. All will search the entire application whereas People, Post, Chat and Tasks will search only in that module selected. On web, click Help & Support icon at the top bar. On mobile devices click More and choose Help & Support. By clicking on Feedback, you can share your feedback, log an issue or provide suggestions/ ideas for improvement.
