Any user can create a task. On the Web, click on + button on Task screen or on Mobile, tap on Tasks from the bottom bar and +.

Assigning a Task
Task owner and assignee can add new assignee(s) to the task. They can assign a task to an employee, department or team. If the task owner does not select an assignee, by default the owner will be assigned.
Creating the Checklist
The task owner can create checklist items related to their tasks by selecting the Checklists field. Select Add to create the list for the first time. Use the Edit option to add or delete a checklist item.
Set a Due Date and Time
A task owner and assignee can manage the task due date and time from the Due Date field. By default, the current date is displayed and the due time is 1 hour from the current time. You will not be able to set the due date or time to an entry before the task creation date and time.
Priority
The task owner and assignee can set the task priority to High, Medium, Low or None by selecting the Priority field. By default, the task priority is set to None.
Status
The task owner and assignee can set the task status to Not Started, In Progress, On Hold or Completed by selecting the Status field. By default, the task status is set to Not Started.
Add a Follower
The task owner and assignee can add new member(s) as Followers to the task. They can add any employee, department or team as a member of the task. Members can view the task details and will receive notifications regarding any updates to the task. By default, the task owner and assignees are Followers.
Activity Log
The activity log displays the history of all the activities done by the task owner, assignees or members. Select Activity Log in the task detail to view the task history.
View Task List
The Task screen displays All Tasks. To filter the list, on web click on the left side bar options or on mobile tap the arrow at the top to select filter option: Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Completed, Starred or Overdue Tasks.
Filter Tasks
Click the Filter icon on the list header on web or tap on the icon on the top right of the Tasks screen. You can filter your tasks based on priority – All, High, Medium, Low or None. Also, you can view your tasks by your role – Owner, Assignee or Member.
